FROM THE NORTH (Shoreview, Forest Lake):
Take 35E South to 52 South (it will be a left exit) to the Concord Street exit. Take a left turn onto
Concord. Follow Concord (south) Approx. 3 miles to Grand Ave. There will be a Burger King on
the left and a Subway on the right. Take a right turn onto Grand Ave. At the first intersection and
take another right. **You're now on Concord Exchange. Drive 1/2 block and we are on the
right side of the street. You should be in front of the Globe Publishing building. Enter at the south
end of the building, 2nd floor. You can park in front of our building if there is room, or use the
parking lot across the street.

FROM THE SOUTH OR WEST (Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley):
From 35E North or 35W take the 494 East exit. Take 494 East to the Concord exit in South St.
Paul. Take a left turn onto Concord. Follow it to Grand Ave., which is the 4th stoplight
(There is a Burger King on the right and a Subway on the left). Take a left turn onto Grand in
front of Valentino’s Night Club , then an immediate right turn onto Concord Exchange. (Concord
Ex. is not marked) We are located between Valentino’s and the US Post Office.

FROM EAST METRO (Stillwater, Wisconsin):
Take 94 West to 494 South to the Concord exit. Turn left onto Concord. Follow it to Grand Ave.
Then turn left onto Grand Ave. Go 1/2 block. and turn right. Follow ** directions above.
From Mpls. and West suburbs:
Take 94 East to Hwy. 52 South (just past downtown St. Paul) to Concord Exit. Take a left. Follow
Concord 3 miles to Grand Ave. Turn right on Grand Ave and go 1/2 block to Concord Exchange.
Follow ** directions above.

FROM NORTH WEST:
Take 694 to 35E south to hwy 52 South. Take Concord exit turn left (south) on Concord. Go to
the 4th stoplight turn right (corner of the Subway shop) this is Grand Ave. Turn right on Concord
Exchange go 1/2 block and we are on your right, just across from the parking lot.

**Yahoo and Mapquest will send you to Pick Street. There is no Pick St. in South St. Paul. Be sure you use these directions.**
